Chestnut Dumplings

  1. Add all ingredients except of the flour in a bowl and blend them until smooth. If you like to eat them piquant leave out the rum and cacao.
  2. Ad the flour and knead until it is a nice and smooth dough. Now shape them as you like. Make some little balls or make finger-shaped dumplings - it s Your choice!
  3. Bring some salted water to boil. Put in the dumpling and cook for about 3 minutes. Turn off the stove and let the dumplings sit in the hot water for another 2 minutes. Afterwards skim them off and let them drain a bit. Now you can stir-fry them until crispy in the pan or just eat them like they are.
