Oyster Casserole

  1. Mix first three ingredients in a separate bowl.
  2. Mix parsley and onion.
  3. In a 2 to 3-quart casserole put a layer of bread crumb mixture, then layer of parsley and onions.
  4. Next put a layer of oysters with 1 drop of Tabasco sauce, salt and butter on each oyster.
  5. Repeat procedure until all is in baking dish.
  6. End with crumb mixture.
  7. When you have completed layers gently pour wine and then cream over layers.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
  9. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
