Sweet Mango Chutney

  1. Place mangoes, apple and vinegar in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, for 8-10 mins until tender.
  2. Stir in sugar, onions, raisins, red pepper flakes, cinnamon and salt. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 mins, stirring frequently, until mixture is thick and glossy.
  3. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately. Store in a cool dry place for up to 2 months. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
