Tuna Fettuccine

  1. Heat a pot of salted water to boiling. Add the pasta.
  2. Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan, and saute bacon and mushroom slices until golden.
  3. Add the peppers and tomatoes, mix.
  4. Add the tuna and a pinch of salt, mix.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. When the pasta is cooked, remove from heat, and drain in a colander. Set aside.
  7. Add cream to pasta pan, and bring to boil over medium heat. Add the fettuccine and mix well.
  8. Serve the fettuccine on individual plates, top with the tuna, and sprinkle with fresh coriander.
