Coconut Flour Cupcakes (Gluten Free, Sugar Free)
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup palm sugar or xylitol, I used xylitol
- 6 tablespoons butter oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons sparkling water I use this to make it more fluffy because of the bubbles
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons butter oil
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- whipping cream add mixture to
- cupcakes
- gluten free
- sugar free
- Bake cupcakes at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting them.
