Beef Tips Napoli

  1. Cut beef into 2-inch cubes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in large skillet.
  2. Mix tomato paste with 1 1/2 cups water, lemon juice, sugar, marjoram, carrot and garlic; pour over beef.
  3. Cover.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, adding water and salt if needed.
  5. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well.
  6. Mix with cheese and parsley.
  7. Serve beef mixture over macaroni.
