Turkey Breast With Pineapple
- 1 whole turkey breast with about 1200 kg
- salt
- pepper
- 4 1/4 tablespoons butter
- 5/8 cup pineapple juice fresh
- 7/8 cup port wine
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 pineapple

- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, add butter and sear the turkey breast on both sides, taking care not to let the butter burn.
- Add 1.5 dl of fresh pineapple juice, port wine and mustard, cover the pan and cook over low heat about 45 minutes.
- Add the cream and let it heat through.
- Meanwhile, cut the pineapple into slices and bring them to fry in hot butter.
- Serve the turkey breast sliced, or not, accompanied by the sauce and the fried pineapple slices.
- You can also serve it with rice and broccoli.
