Grilled Salmon With Almond Sauce
- 4 pieces salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 6 5/8 tablespoons almonds
- 4 5/8 tablespoons bread stale
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 7 olive oil cl of
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- tarragon
- In a bowl, mix spices and olive oil to obtain a marinade to put on your pieces of salmon.
- Mix almonds, garlic and stale bread.
- Add salt and lemon juice and keep mixing, pour in the olive oil net .
- Add tarragon and mix.
- Put in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the griddle few minutes and then lightly spray with olive oil.
- Place the salmon skin side and cook. The skin should be crispy and brown .
- Return the salmon to cook at lower temperature.
- Serve on a plate and place the almond sauce on top with tarragon.
