Zucchini-Sweet-Potatoes And Pumpkin-Fritters

  1. Combine all the grated vegetables in the big steel bowl. (Do not peel the skin off, Its give you extra flavor.)
  2. Add seasoning, Nigella seed, chickpea flour and give a nice mix. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Place the oil in the medium hot pan. Let it heat up.
  4. Make palm size burgers with the veggie mix.
  5. Spread all over the pan. Keep an eye on it.
  6. Leave it for 5 minutes each side. Until golden brown.
  7. Once ready take it out one by one and serve it hot.

zucchini, potatoes washed big, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, lemon juice, coconut oil, nigella seeds, chickpea flour, green chili optional, salt
