Shahi Tudka

  1. Cut the bread into 4 pieces and arrange them into baking tray.
  2. Brush the bread pieces with Olive Oil and put them in preheated temperature of 160 degree Celsius for 10 min.
  3. Take the baking tray and turn all bread pieces and put them back in oven for another 5-7 min.
  4. Cut all dry fruits into small pieces.
  5. Put milk on medium flame and let it boil and thicken at low flame for 45 min.
  6. Now add all dry fruits and kesar and let it simmer for another 15 min.
  7. Now grind sugar with cardamom in mixer grinder and add the sugar flavoured with cardamom right in the end, before you shut down the flame.
  8. Now pour the thick milk with dry fruits over baked bread pieces and bake it again at 180 degree Celsius for 10-15 min till all milk has almost dried out.
  9. Serve your hot shahi tudka.
