Sandwich Pinwheels

  1. Dampen a clean kitchen towel. Remove the crust from the bread.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, cream, mustard, and pepper together. Set aside.
  3. Place a 4x4 layer of bread on the towel, slightly overlapping each one. Press the overlapping sections together.
  4. Spread the bread with the dressing and top with ham, salami, cheese, pickles, and jalapenos.
  5. Roll the bread up carefully with the help of the cloth. Remove the roll from the cloth and cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into pinwheels.
  6. Serve.
