Sandwich Pinwheels
- 16 slices white bread
- 7 1/16 tablespoons ham sliced
- 3 1/2 ounces salami sliced
- 8 slices cheese yellow
- pickles
- chile peppers Jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ground black pepper
- Dampen a clean kitchen towel. Remove the crust from the bread.
- Mix the mayonnaise, cream, mustard, and pepper together. Set aside.
- Place a 4x4 layer of bread on the towel, slightly overlapping each one. Press the overlapping sections together.
- Spread the bread with the dressing and top with ham, salami, cheese, pickles, and jalapenos.
- Roll the bread up carefully with the help of the cloth. Remove the roll from the cloth and cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into pinwheels.
- Serve.
