Picnic Rolls

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bread-making machine and select the pastry program.
  2. When you finish the program, pour the pastry in a floured surface and split it into 12 small balls.
  3. Shape the balls always leaving the imperfect side down.
  4. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper separated by 2 cm. Cover them with cling film greased with butter and let them rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Remove the cling film, brush the balls carefully with the egg yolk and bake in preheated oven at 420u0b0F for 10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes and remove the balls to a grid.
