Fish/Chepala Fry
- chilli powder : 2tbsp
- ginger garlic paste : 1tsp
- coriander powder : 1tsp
- cumin powder : 1tsp
- garam masala : 1/2tsp
- turmeric powder : 1/2tsp
- curry leaves : 3no, finely chopped
- coriander leaves : 1/4bunch, opt
- lime juice : 1tbs
- oil : 1/2tsp
- salt : to taste
- Wash and Clean fish. Apply the marinate to all the fish pieces and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat 3 tbsps oil in a pan ,once hot ,add the marinated fish pieces and cook them on slow fire for 7-8 minutes.See that the fish doesnt burn or get stuck to the vessel.
- Flip over the fried fish and let them cook and brown on the other side.Cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn off heat and serve hot as a side dish and garnish with chopped coriander and onions.
