Easy Vegan Gluten Free Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Melt Chocolate and Cashew Butter together.
  3. Add in Maple and Vanilla and mix or whisk together.
  4. Add in dry ingredients: GF Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and mix.
  5. Pour into lined tray - I used 22 x 22cm
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Test with knife, if it comes out mostly clean they're ready!
  8. Allow to cool completely, cut and enjoy!
  9. If not eating straight away, these brownies store really well, wrapped up in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks :)
