Easy Vegan Gluten Free Brownies
- 5/8 cup dark chocolate Green & Black's 70%, no refined sugar
- 9/16 cup cashew butter
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 13/16 cup gluten free flour can be subbed for oat flour or almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Melt Chocolate and Cashew Butter together.
- Add in Maple and Vanilla and mix or whisk together.
- Add in dry ingredients: GF Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and mix.
- Pour into lined tray - I used 22 x 22cm
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Test with knife, if it comes out mostly clean they're ready!
- Allow to cool completely, cut and enjoy!
- If not eating straight away, these brownies store really well, wrapped up in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks :)
