Richard'S Lasagne

  1. Saute onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of the oil in large heavy saucepan for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in beef and cook over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add salt, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, basil, oregano, sugar and parsley flakes. Bring sauce to a boil; simmer for 45 minutes.
