Jamaican Me Confetti Black Beans
- 15 ounces black beans cans Bush's Best
- 2 jerk sauce each ounces Starport Foods Jamaican
- 1 Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil each ounce
- 2 Roma tomatoes each diced
- 1/4 red onion each diced large
- 1/4 brown onion each diced large
- 2 jalapeno pepper each seeded finely diced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper each diced
- 1/2 chopped fresh cilantro each cup
- 1/2 McCormick Ground Cumin each teaspoon
- 1/2 McCormick Oregano Leaves each teaspoon
- 1/4 coarse ground black pepper each teaspoon McCormick
- 1/4 Morton Kosher Salt each teaspoon
- 1/8 cayenne each teaspoon McCormick
- 3 limes each wedges
- Open 2 each 15 ounces cans Bush's Best Black Beans pour into calendar and rinse with light pressure cold water.
- Use a large skillet on medium high heat.
- Add 1 each ounce Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil allow to heat for 20 seconds.
- Add 1/4 each diced Red Onion, 1/4 each diced Brown Onion, 1/2 each Yellow Bell Pepper and 2 each seeded finely diced Jalapeno Peppers.
- Cook peppers and onions for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add spice mix (1/2 each teaspoons McCormick Ground Cumin and McCormick Oregano Leaves, 1/4 each teaspoons McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper and Morton Kosher Salt, and 1/8 each teaspoon McCormick Cayenne. Squeeze 3 each Lime wedges to contents and stir to blend. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
- Add rinsed Bush's Best Black Beans and 1 each shot glass (2 ounces) Starport Foods Jamaican Jerk Sauce and stir to blend. Allow to cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 each diced Roma Tomatoes and 1/2 each cup chopped fresh Cilantro and stir contents until blended and take off heat.
