Banana Split Yogurt
- 2 bananas very ripe
- 1 lemon
- 1 plain yogurt
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 container powdered milk
- 1 yogurt
- low-fat milk 80 cl.
- 7 5/8 tablespoons chocolate chips
- Peel and slice the banana into small cubes.
- Cover and cook for 3 minutes the microwave at maximum power.
- Add a few drops of lemon juice and let cool.
- Whisk the yogurt with sugar and vanilla in a bowl of jar with a spout.
- Add the powdered milk, stir.
- Then add the milk and mix with a spatula.
- Place 2 teaspoons of stewed bananas in the bottom of each dessert glass and top with a teaspoon of chocolate chips.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over it.
- Let the yoghurts set in the yoghurt maker or in the oven.
- Close yoghurts with lids and put them in the fridge overnight before enjoying them.
