Strawberries And Milk Cream Crust
- 2 1/8 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5/8 cup corn starch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/16 ounce isinglass
- 1 1/8 cups strawberries
- 2 1/2 tablespoons jam
- 3 3/8 tablespoons lime juice
- roll Pie dough
- Pie Crust -ntart by rolling out some pie dough and placing into a pie dish. Place it into the pie dish and crimp the edges.Next, use a fork to prick the bottom of the pie shell - this helps to prevent the dough from bubbling up when baking. nake until golden. nool the pie shell then fill.
- Cream -now heat in a small pan milk, sugar, corn starch and vanilla extract until it boils.nix all the time to prevent lumps nool the cream.
- Strawberry Topping -noak the gelatine for 10 minutes and squeeze it well.neat it with water in a microwave for 2 minutes.nhop the strawberries, lime juice, jam and sugar in a mincer.ndd the gelatine and mix very well.
- Final Step -nut the Cream in the Pie shell and add the strawberry topping.nefrigerate for 3 hours.
