Cheeseburger Pie

• 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
• 8 slices American cheese
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. tomato sauce
• 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
• 1/3 c. chopped onion
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 3 eggs, well beaten
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• chopped tomato
• shredded lettuce

1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
2. Bake pie shell for 8 minutes; remove from oven.
3. Reduce oven to 350u0b0.
4. In skillet, brown meat; pour off fat.
5. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves.
6. Remove from heat and stir in eggs, flour and 6 cheese slices, broken.
7. Pour into shell.
8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
9. Arrange remaining cheese on top.
10. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
11. Garnish with tomatoes and lettuce.
