Boiled Beef In A Pressure Cooker
- 2 1/4 pounds beef flank
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 1/3 cups water
- salt
- oregano
- parsley
- Wash all vegetables, peel potatoes and carrots, remove the first layer to the onion and place around the cloves.
- Bring water to a boil in a pressure cooker in which we entered open all the ingredients except the salt and meat, which will be added only to the boil.
- Place the meat in boiling water, close the pot and cook over medium heat then the whistle, reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour and 1/2.
- Before you open the pot to make sure you let out the steam.
- Serve with the sliced orange marmalade.
