Louisiana'S Bounty

  1. Melt cream cheese and butter in microwave on 1/2 power.
  2. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.
  3. Add to the first mixture.
  4. Add soup, mushrooms seasonings, crabmeat and rice.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place in 2 quart casserole dish and top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Freezes well.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
