Chicken Paprika With Spices
- 2 chicken breast skinless and boneless
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- Cut the chicken breast into strips and place them in to a bowl.
- Mix all of the ingredients into the bowl to make a marinade.
- Marinade the chicken for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill (preferably a Le Creuset grill) making sure to cover the grill with cooking oil.
- Once the grill is hot enough, place the chicken strips on top to cook.
- Make sure to turn the strips over until both sides are completely grilled. Once the chicken is ready you may serve them with rice, tortillas, or salad.
