Fastelavens Boller

  1. Mix together in a bowl the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Mix together the yeast and warm water. Set aside.
  3. Heat margarine and milk to lukewarm.
  4. Melt margarine.
  5. Scramble 1 egg
  6. and add a little of the margarine/milk mixture to the egg.
  7. Pour the yeast into the dry ingredients, then add the rest of the liquids and stir well. I use my Kitchen Aid to knead the dough for a few minutes.
  8. Let the dough set with a towel over it for about 1 hour.
  9. Roll out into buns and let rise again about 45 minutes before baking.
  10. Bake at 425u0b0 for about 10 minutes.
  11. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
