Vegetable Strata Supreme

  1. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange vegetables on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Cut bread slices into 1/2-inch cubes. Sprinkle the vegetables with the bread cubes and chopped ham. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, garlic powder and onion powder; mix well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the rest and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Uncover and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  6. Serves 8 to 10.
