Meatloaf With Sausage And Pineapple

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, mint, oregano, and parsley.
  3. Place plastic wrap in the bottom of a rectangular pan. Place ground meat on top of the plastic wrap. Place the sausage and pineapple on the meat and sprinkle with more herbs. Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll up the meat into a log shape. Mix the breadcrumbs and garlic powder in a shallow dish and roll the meat in the crumb mixture.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve with watercress salad and couscous.
