Cindy'S Four Layer Torte

  1. Blend together flour, 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar, walnuts and margarine.
  2. Press in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool.
  4. Blend cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in 9 ounce Cool Whip.
  6. Spread on first layer.
  7. Chill. Mix pudding and milk according to package instructions.
  8. Spread on second layer.
  9. Chill.
  10. Top with 9 ounce Cool Whip and sprinkle with some chopped walnuts.
