Pork And Chili Stir Fry With Water Chestnuts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 green chili long, finely sliced
- 1 red chili long, sliced, plus extra to garnish
- 2 inches fresh ginger peeled, grated
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup kecap manis
- 1 ounce water chestnuts chopped
- 1 head radicchio leaves separated
- 2 green onions sliced
- Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry pork, onion, chilies, ginger and garlic for 5-6 mins, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon, until pork is browned. Add kecap manis and water chestnuts. Stir-fry for 1 min. Spoon into radicchio leaves and garnish with green onions and extra chili.
