Korean Buddhist Temple Style Watercress
- 2 cups watercress cleaned and trimmed
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper Korean, Paste, Gochujang
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 cups watercress cleaned and trimmed
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon gochujang
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Add each ingredient one-by-one to the watercress and toss.
- Serve in a wooden bowl.
