Frosted Strawberry Squares
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 3 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 3 cups boiling water. Immediately add frozen strawberries, stirring until completely thawed.
- Pour into lightly oiled 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Chill until partially set.
- Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
- Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in reserved juice.
- Place cream cheese in blender.
- Add hot lemon gelatin.
- Blend until smooth.
- Stir in pineapple.
- Chill until thick and syrupy.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread over strawberry gelatin.
- Chill until set.
