Salmon Cakes With Mango Tartar Sauce

  1. Combine mango, mayonnaise, pickles, Anmum vanilla Mango milk powder, salt and pepper, in a bowl.
  2. Cover and chill until ready to use.
  3. Combine flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley & onion. Season with black pepper & salt to taste, and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into 12 and form into patties. Coat with the cornflakes; pat to firmly adhere. Chill for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat up oil in a pan and cook until golden brown. Drain well and arrange on a serving platter. Serve with tartar sauce.
