PiñAta Burritos
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 red bell pepper - diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper - diced
- 1 orange bell pepper - diced
- 2 avocados - diced
- lime juice
- Sint Maarten Gourmet Guavaberry & Papaya BBQ Sauce
- large tortillas
- 4 chicken breasts
- McCormick Fiesta Citrus Seasoning
- 2 mangos - diced
- 2 tomatos- diced
- flour
- rice (optional)
- Dice up all of the fruits and vegetables and put into mixing bowl for the salsa.
- Sprinkle in the salt and gently fold and mix the salsa.
- Pour or squirt in some lime juice to taste and continue to gently mix the salsa.
- Set the salsa aside and slice the chicken breasts in half (thin slices, cut lengthwise through the side).
- Generously sprinkle and rub the citrus seasoning all over the chicken breasts. Add a little salt and flour to the rub as well.
- Cook the chicken on medium-high until cooked.
- Add in lime juice to taste to the chicken. Then remove chicken from the stove.
- Slice the chicken into strips ready for burritos.
- Spread the BBQ sauce all over the bottom of the tortilla.
- Add the chicken and salsa to the tortilla and enjoy! :)
