Greek Burgers

  1. Cut each pita so that 1/5 of each one is removed. Mince the slices and marinate in milk for 10 minutes. Strain the bread.
  2. Mix the strained bread, beef, pork, mint, lemon juice, onion, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Form the burgers with your hands.
  3. Heat a skillet with cooking spray on medium heat, grill the burgers until they are golden brown on both sides.
  4. Mix the plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, mint, garlic, and a salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Cut open the pita breads, spread the dressing, and add the lettuce, beef, tomato, red onion, Feta cheese, and serve with more dressing on top.
