Seafood Spaghetti
- 1 can clams baby
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 12 ounces cooked shrimp
- 1 cup butter
- 1 garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes larges, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- green onion cup chopped
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese

- Drain clams reserving 1/3 cup of juice. Rinse clams. Melt butter and saute garlic and mushrooms. Add tomatoes, clam juice, wine, salt and thyme. cook uncovered 10 minutes or so, until some of the liquid evaporates. In the meantime, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Add shrimp, clams (and any other seafood you like), and green onion to sauce; reheat 2 minutes. Toss pasta with butter and parsley. Serve with seafood sauce. sprinkle each portion with 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
