Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie

  1. Mix together flour, salt, pudding mix, butter, milk, baking powder and egg at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into pie tin. Pour drained (save juice) peaches onto batter.
  3. Mix in small bowl the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved peach juice for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  4. Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
  5. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Sprinkle on top of pie.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  8. Keep in refrigerator.
