Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/4 oz. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 15 to 20 oz. can sliced peaches
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Mix together flour, salt, pudding mix, butter, milk, baking powder and egg at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into pie tin. Pour drained (save juice) peaches onto batter.
- Mix in small bowl the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved peach juice for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
- Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle on top of pie.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Keep in refrigerator.
