Steamed Pork And Fish Dumplings

  1. Line a large bamboo steamer with parchment paper. For the filling, place all ingredients, except wrappers, in a food processor and process until smooth. Place 1 tsp filling in center of each wrapper. Brush wrapper edges with water. Press edges together, pleating to seal.
  2. Arrange dumplings in a single layer in steamer, sealed side up. Place on a wok of simmering water. Cover tightly and steam 5-8 mins, until cooked through, topping up water as needed. Repeat with remaining dumplings, if necessary. Serve with soy sauce and vinegar.
