Healthy Protein Chocolate Almond Cupcakes/Muffins

PROPOSITIONSnou can replace:n brown sugar with any other sweetener (but you must be careful - the TASTE MAY CHANGE)n cocoa powder with dark chocolaten coconut oil with normal buttern almonds with other nutsnut make sure the AMOUNTS are the SAME!nnAlso, the three different types of flour can be replaced by only one or if you want a GLUTEN-FREE dessert, you should let out the semolina flour.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl mix the coconut oil with eggs and put it in a microwave for about a minute (until it melts). Add cheese and try to create a smooth liquid mass. Then mix it with dry ingredients.
  4. Preheat the oven (to 390u0b0 F or 200u0b0C).
  5. Coat muffin cups with some additional coconut oil or line them with paper liners (it seems better without them to achieve the smoothness of the bottom of each muffin). Put the cupcakes into models.
  6. If you want, you can sprinkle them with sliced almonds, before baking for 15 minutes (depends from the temperature).
  7. I've made 24 small muffins (cupcakes). If you'd want bigger ones, you'd get 12 of them.
