Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter which is 2 sticks
- 1/3 cup brown sugar Splenda
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar Splenda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups sugar free chocolate chips 8 oz. pkg
- 1 cup chopped nuts optional
- Heat your oven to 375 degrees. Stir together flour,baking soda and salt. Beat your butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Add your eggs one at a time and beat well. Gradually add your flour mixture while you beat well. Stir in your chocolate chips and nuts, if you desire. Place a tbsp worth of rounded batter onto a non-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly, remove from the cookies sheet to a wire rack or I use a cooling plate. Cool completely . Makes about 4- 1/2 dozen depending on how big you make your cookies when you drop them on the pan.
