German Chocolate Brownie Pie

  1. FOR THE PIE: nrack the eggs into a large bowl.
  2. With an electric mixer, beat in the cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla until well mixed.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or just until the center of the pie is set.
  5. FOR THE TOPPING:nver medium heat, whisk together the milk, sugar, butter, and egg yolks in a medium saucepan. Whisk constantly until smooth, thick, and golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and add the coconut and pecans. Mix in with a rubber spatula.
  7. Simply spread the coconut topping over the brownie pie.
  8. ENJOY!
