Nacho Lasagne With Minced Meat And Pork

  1. First chop the vegetables into small cubes. Fry the onion in some olive oil, then when it's smooth add the a tablespoon of butter then add the yellow pepper and zucchini. After a few mins add the mushrooms and cook till soften.
  2. Then to the mix add the meat and when it's cooked add the nacho sauce and tomato paste and all of the seasonings including the sugar. Add aswell, the Winchestershire sauce and lemon juice and the 1/2 pork cube with some water. Make sure you stir from time to time, if it gets too liquidity add some corn starch.
  3. When the sauce is done, spray a dish with cooking spray, add some sauce on the bottom of the dish, then on top of it add 3 lasagna sheets, and then some more meat sauce. Then add the crushed nachos on top then again some meat then the remaining 3 lasagna sheets.
  4. Now I made my own white sauce with about 2 tablespoons of butter, 6 table spoons of flour and 1/2 cup of milk and about 3 tablespoons if parmasean salted cheese. (But you can buy the ready made kind). Heat it up till it gets thickened then pour on top of the lasagna sheets.
  5. I then topped it off with some manchego cheese (Spanish chedder) but u can use any other cheese like mazzorella.nnThen cooked till you can easily insert a fork and till cheese melts.nnEnjoy.
