Junarios Summertime Slaw

  1. Combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, sweet peppers and carrots in a generous sized bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, milk sugar, vinegar, salt Junarios chili oil and poppy seeds.
  2. Pour over the cabbage, carrots and peppers. Toss to combine.
  3. Add the cilantro.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
