Upside-Down Pizza(Easy Recipe)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- mushrooms
- bell peppers
- pepperoni
- any other favorite toppings
- 1 large can prepared spaghetti sauce
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 box Pillsbury hot roll mix
- Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
- your favorite cheese, grated
- Brown meat and drain all grease off.
- Place in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, meat and your favorite toppings.
- Pour sauce over the mixture in pan.
- You may want to add a little extra Italian seasoning to sauce.
- Prepare Pillsbury mix per box instructions for pizza dough.
- Place on top of mixture in baking dish.
- Push dough down a little around the edges.
- Bake until golden brown at 375u0b0; let stand for about 20 minutes.
- Turn upside down on a lipped cookie sheet and put cheese (your favorite kind) and then put strips of Mozzarella on top.
- Put back in oven until cheese melts.
- Serve with salad.
- It's a wonderful dinner.
