Grilled Salmon With Thai Slaw

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice in mixing bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Add chili, cabbage, carrots, spring onions, radish and mint leaves. Toss well to combine.
  3. Drizzle salmon with oil; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 mins each side for medium. To serve, place salmon cutlets on plates with a generous portion of slaw.
