Soya Cutlet
- 1 cup soya granules boiled and drained
- medium potato 1 no., boiled and mashed
- 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper tbap, finely chopped
- cilantro 4 cups !/, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- salt as needed
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour mixed in 1/4 water
- oil for shallow frying
- Boil soya granules for 5 minutes,drain and squeeze them.
- Take a mixing bowl,add soya granules,mashed potatoes,onion,bell pepper cilantro,salt and lime juice,mix everything well.
- Divide the mix into 10 equal parts.
- Take a single portion ,flatten it genlty with the palm and roll in flour and then in bread crumbs and shallow fry it till it become crisp and golden brown on both sides.
