Stroganoff Loaf

  1. In skillet, cook beef and onion until browned.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Stir in water, sour cream, olives and seasoning mix. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Cut bread in half lengthwise.
  5. Toast bread under broiler until golden.
  6. Spread cut surface with butter. Spread half of meat mixture on each half of bread.
  7. Arrange green pepper slices alternately with cherry tomatoes on top.
