Crock-Pot Italian Chicken
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- fettucine noodles, cooked
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Season chicken breasts to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place in crock-pot on low heat with soup, dressing mix and basil.
- Cook approximately 6 hours.
- When fully cooked, add mushrooms and sour cream.
- Serve over fettucine noodles which have been lightly sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
- Julienned fresh carrots, broccoli, celery, etc. may also be added to crock-pot with the chicken halfway through cooking process.
- Dinner cooks itself while you work!
