Spaghetti And Meatballs Chinese Style

  1. To make the Meatball Sauce:nombine all ingredients in a bowl and set aside till ready to use
  2. To make the Meatballs: nreheat oven to 400u0b0 F and get a pan/dish ready and set aside
  3. Combine all the meatball ingredients together, but DO NOT over mix
  4. Shape into balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place in prepared pan/dish
  5. Bake in for about 30 minutes until browned and cooked through
  6. Remove from oven, cool slightly and place meatballs on paper towel to drain any excess fat
  7. Combine the sauce and meatballs and set aside
  8. To make the Spaghetti:nring a large pot of water to boil
  9. When it is boiling, season water with salt and cook pasta according to package directions
  10. While pasta is cooking get the sauce ready by combining all ingredients except olive and garlic
  11. In a wok heat olive oil over medium heat
  12. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds
  13. Add sauce mixture and cook till thickened (about 2 minutes)
  14. Drain cooked pasta and add to sauce in wok
  15. Saute the fresh mushrooms in a bit of olive oil in a shallow fry pan
  16. When ready to serve:nlace come of the pasta from the wok into a serving bowl
  17. Top with 3-4 meatballs that are covered in sauce
  18. Add some mushrooms to the bowl
  19. Garnish ( I used pea shoots)
  20. ENJOY!!
