Garlic Shrimp And Black Bean Spaghetti

  1. Boil 8 cups of water, pour in a box of organic bean pasta (8 oz), cook for 8 minutes.
  2. While bringing the water to a boil in a separate pan heat up olive oil for 1 minute then add quarter of a tsp of crushed garlic and then throw in diced tomatoes and some basil. Cover and summer for 3 minutes. Then remove from flame.
  3. Add in a pound of shrimp for 12 minutes at 400 degrees in the oven. The shrimp were marinated in oil, garlic, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Once the pasta was cooked, drain and put it back into the pot and then added the tomato basil garlic and oil to the pasta and stirred.
  5. Serve it in a dish and topped with grated cheese and shrimp.
