Garlic Shrimp And Black Bean Spaghetti
- 1 box 8 oz Explore Cuisine Black Bean Spaghetti
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- pinch basil
- pinch pepper
- pinch paprika
- olive oil for saute
- Boil 8 cups of water, pour in a box of organic bean pasta (8 oz), cook for 8 minutes.
- While bringing the water to a boil in a separate pan heat up olive oil for 1 minute then add quarter of a tsp of crushed garlic and then throw in diced tomatoes and some basil. Cover and summer for 3 minutes. Then remove from flame.
- Add in a pound of shrimp for 12 minutes at 400 degrees in the oven. The shrimp were marinated in oil, garlic, pepper, and paprika.
- Once the pasta was cooked, drain and put it back into the pot and then added the tomato basil garlic and oil to the pasta and stirred.
- Serve it in a dish and topped with grated cheese and shrimp.
