F. J. S. Macaroni Seafood Salad
- 1 c. macaroni
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cooked peas, drained
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. grated hot pepper cheese
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
- 1 lb. cooked and shelled shrimp
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- Cook macaroni according to package directions and rinse in cold water.
- Drain well and place in salad bowl.
- In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add to macaroni and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients, except olives and tomatoes.
- Toss gently.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours.
