Johnsonville Chipotle Monterey Jack Cheese Chicken Sausage Wraps

• 12 ounces chicken sausage JOHNSONVILLE(R) Chipotle Monterey Jack Cheese, chopped
• 1 onion medium, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper medium, chopped
• 1 cup frozen corn thawed
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 5 flour tortillas 8-inch, warmed
• 2/3 cup refried beans optional
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• shredded lettuce

1. In a large skillet, saute the onion, pepper, and corn in oil until tender.
2. Stir in sausage and lemon juice; heat through.
3. Spread 2 tablespoons refried beans over each tortilla, if desired.
4. Spoon sausage mixture down the center of tortillas.
5. Sprinkle with cheese and lettuce.
6. Roll up tightly.
