Chicken Tangri Kebab
- 2 chicken leg piece
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste ginger
- 1 tablespoon paparika
- 2 tablespoons cashew nut paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons oil or clarified Butter, Ghee
- To the Yogurt, Add all the ingredients except the salt, pepper and oil.
- Take 2 pouches and fill the paste prepared in those.
- Add the chicken leg piece in each pouch and let it marinate for at least 18-20 hours.
- Heat the oil or Ghee (It tastes best with Ghee), in the pan, Add the leg pieces and fry it on high heat till it is golden brown. (It should take around 9-10 mins).
- Once its done, salt and pepper can be sprinkled from the top as per taste.
- Serve it with onions and cilantro!
